Todd more than 18 years experience in finance planning and administration within the long-term health care industry. His extensive knowledge of purchasing and receiving functions, budgeting processes, systems analysis and forecasting has enabled him to successfully administer financial operations averaging revenues of $100 million in both for-profit and not-for-profit arenas.

Todd possesses demonstrated proficiency in strategic planning, feasibility analysis, start-up and acquisition financing, regulatory compliance and financing negotiations. His bond financing capabilities have facilitated the structuring and issue of initiatives totaling $180 million.

Todd is a New York State licensed nursing home administrator. He holds a B.S. degree from Syracuse University, a MBA from Pace University / Graduate School of Business, and is former member of several Accounting and Business Honorary Societies.
