Donna G. McAleer
Principal
With more than 25 years experience in the health care industry, Donna is accomplished in all facets of planning, development and administration of hospital, senior health and housing products and services. She has coordinated and managed a myriad of projects totaling well over $180 million, including facility renovation, expansion, modernization and start-up. Additionally, her depth of knowledge and work in health-related regulation has facilitated the introduction of two completely new and innovative products to New York State - life care retirement and long term managed care.
Donna is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives; a licensed nursing home administrator in both New York and Connecticut; and a Retirement Housing Professional Fellow by the American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging. She holds a B.S. degree from Skidmore College and a M.S. in Health Care Administration from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Donna is a Trustee and / or Chair of several organizations at local, state and national levels. Her extensive industry and community efforts have earned her numerous health care and humanitarian awards. Furthermore, she has authored numerous articles on a variety of health care issues.
